I was planning on training him into an SF. I have a 20 year old C trainee and a 21 year old PF trainee. So my idea was training him with my bigmen this year to get his inside skills up and then focusing only on him. Any advice would be appreciated.

1 on 1 training for forwards is useful and can help pop some secondary skills (like IS or HA), so I would start on that. If you want to make him an SF you may also give him a few weeks of rebounding, which you probably also want to train for your big men trainees.

Looking at this guy, and that he's 6'4...with his IS pitiful... you'd want him to be an "outside focused" SF anyways... and at 6'4 all his big man skills will train slowly. Atrocious rebounding... pitiful shotblocking.... pitiful IS....

I get that since his ID is respectable you want to try and capitalize and make him an SF... but with the exception of doing those 1v1 forwards trainings to get his Handling and Driving up... he seems to be much MUCH better suitied... to being a Scoring guard.

I don't know how your 20 and 21 year old bigmen look... but if they're not already dominating 10k+ kinda salary guys... or have worse potential, or even the same potential but haven't been trained every week... I'd say make this guy your main focus.

But impossible to give you 100% useful advice, without know what the other 2 trainees look like.

But looking at this guy. He should be an PG/SG instead of an SF.

Well here is some insight on the other two trainees, they have all-star and star potential. Both have Tremendous ID and strong-Prominent IS and Prominent RB. The 21 year old is 28k salary and C is 17k salary (he is actually my back-up at the moment) And I need a scoring guard, so it is useful advice and +1 for that... Any advice is good... I will probably start traing him as an SG because I have a 16k PG. So with that in mind, what should I start him out with training wise?

ouch... I hope you didn't pay much for him because he is an incomplete player... First off I have to point out a few things:

1) Considering he has pitiful inside shot and atrocious rebounding there is probably no way you could make him a SF...

2) He can't really be a good guard either because of his pitiful ball handling...

3) The only thing he is good at is outside shooting and defending but i dunno what to make him....

To be completely honest i wouldnt waste your time on training him. It would take too long to get his handling up to average (4 pops) and then he would still be only a below average guard and it would take too long for him to get his inside shot and rebounding up to the mediocre-average (4-5 pops each) range for him to even be acceptable as a SF.

I would just fire this noob...

Yeah, given that he has the best potential. is the youngest. and you got decent alary guys elsewhere. I'd work him as an SG/PG

starting-wise... I'd work on his OD That way, when you play him at PG etc. to get him the minutes for guard skills. His OD won't let other teams kill you. I'd work his OD until it pops from respectable until its at proficient (9). After that I would work on... the driving/handling. That you could Pair him up with the other 2 guys you have, and do 1v1 forwards for. Also, him having at that point 9 in OD, and his 7 in ID. At SF he will be solidly defensive for you while the other 2 guys can do work at PF. Get the handling to at least inept. Before jumping him back to guard to work on either his Jumpshot or OD some more.

BEEP BEEP wrong. No offense but that is bad advice if he wants to keep this player then he needs to boost up the handling first or he will average 10 turn overs a game. Inept is also not even close to enough in order for him to be a PG and is still lacking for a SG. The lowest i would ever have a guard trainee's handling be is mediocre-average for a SG and average-respectable for a PG.
