Are you a smart Australian manager? Do you want to move up in the world of BuzzerBeater? Have you ever wanted to train a player and get him onto a national team? Have you ever dreamed of running an international team yourself?

Well your chance is now here. There are now Aussies running about half a dozen national teams around the world. I am the manager of the Bolivian U21 team. I am looking for a couple of assistant managers as well as people that would be willing to train some young Bolivian talent. (No Koop, that doesn't mean putting them in your young boy gimp camp.)

If you think that you have the right stuff and your name is not Koopasaurus then just post here or send me a message and we will be able to work something out. We have guards, bigs and forwards that all need a home. We have multiple positions open for assistant coaches with various duties from tirival to impossible.

This is your chance to step up. Will you be all that you can be?

Why, I thought you'd never ask.

You need money to make money. I can't even afford to "invest" anymore.

Brilliant! Currently we are identifying the players that aren't getting trained and then we will point out to the managers the advantages of selling them so hopefully in a week or so there will be several great high potential 18 year olds on the market.

It is great to have you back. Fantastic I accept your kind offer and a Bolivian assistant you shall be. The most pressing need is for someone to talk to the owners of the 19 or 20 year olds, very few of them are getting trained and we will need them for the next season. There are 16 x 19 year olds and one already on the team if you want a big job or there are 10 x 20 year olds 6 of which are already on the team if you want a much easier job.

What is needed is to contact each manager. Ask them what their training plans are. Hopefully some will respond. With good managers you can get a weekly training report. For the others we can then track their DMI to see if they are getting trained and I can call them up at the end of the season as well to have a look. For those that are not getting trained we need to "encourage" the managers to sell them. We can point out that they will make money from the sale, that their nation will benefit from having a better U21 team, that their draft pick can become a star and bring them some status and that in the long run they can even buy back their own draft pick and have them as a great player.

Obviously you will also be part of all tactical discussions. I will send you a copy of this weeks right now.

Great thanks yoda!

I'll get on to bb-mailing all those managers today and tomorrow. As for the tactics I'll reply this avo. Is there a way for me to see the players skills so I can help the managers with training or do I just get them to tell me their skills? Also for the 19 and 20 year old players who aren't in the team, how do I know which coaches to talk too?

Do you want to take the 19s or the 20s? I have full skills accurate to today for all of them and once you decide which group you want I will send you all their skills.

I am willing to train, however my training plans are weird. Will probably be better trained than by inactive locals though.

Will be training ID, SB, RB for +5 levels each (on 6'8 guys, so could be more or less depending on trainee) then OD and passing for a long time.

Have the cash to spend, level 5 trainer and one of my trainees is just a draft pick from this year with star potential, so happy to replace. Let me know.

Hi yoda, as you know I'm training PGs this season, focusing on OD an then probably at some stage moving onto Passing. Would love to help out by training a PG if you need it.

Cheers
