I have been training this C for the past 2 seasons and he has a chance for U21 if I train him right so I could use some advice.

Weekly salary: $ 17 029
Role: draws a paycheck

Age: 20
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: awful
Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: mediocre
Handling: awful
Driving: pitiful
Passing: awful
Inside Shot: strong
Inside Def.: tremendous
Rebounding: proficient
Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: pitiful
Free Throw: awful

Any thoughts/advice?

Definitely add a bit of inside shot and rebounding. I would consider adding some passing, jump shot and other guard skills before he caps out. My allstar center capped at tremendous inside def and reb and sensational inside shot. I really wish I had brought up his outside def before he capped. I would think about trying to get average/respectable passing/jump shot/outside d. However, if you want him to make the u21 team, he would need to get his big man skills as high as he can. I'm worried he would cap before you get him high enough. Should still help your team. Good luck.

yeah I was aiming or triple-tremendous so we'll see if I get there lol... Thanks for the advice though

Especially work on his Inside Shot this year and just throw in REB training when you don't get his 48+ minutes on 1 position training. You may even want to do some DRV training but that may just be me. My Center Djibo Ball is on the Senegal U21 right now and he looks like so: 13 IS, 12 ID and 12 REB. I'm working on his ID right now and he had a bunch of secondary pops that really helped.

yes I was wanting a Defense oriented C, with at least wondrous ID and about Sensational IS and RB.... Does anybody know about when a allstar potential hits his salary cap?

No insult intended but it's hard to see him reaching U21 status as an all star potential
last year's USA U21 didn't have a single one, and only a couple of Per all stars
not to mention his secondaries are very poor
will still make a good player for you
so you might want to fix those secondaries before you cap him

yes he will be good for my team, but if you look at my player he isn't American, he would be playing for a foreign team and looking at their roster, he could possibly be on the team next year...

As of right now according to BuzzerManager your player is 73-81% of the way to capping and with the stats you said you want him at he'll be 91-100%. So if you want his secondaries up then I'd work on them before you get all 3 core stats to were you said (12 IS/REB and 14 ID).

I just talked to the U21 Manager for C's and he said train IS to tremendous and RB to sensational... So I guess that's what I'll do.
