Ok, I'm now building my arena. It's going to increase to 6500 when it's done, so what level PR Guy is suitible???? I was think Competent with a skill would do it? Like Road Specialty or Home????????????? Which one???????????

Your in second place so level 3/4 will do fine. I like the road speciality, because road games are more important to winn.

EDIT: Come playoffs, if you have HCA, switch him out for a HCA PR guy...
