What determines the after game ratings? Here are two similar lines:
MIN FG 3FG FT OR TR AST TO STL BLK PF PTS Rating
Renner, Shawn 36 10 - 16 2 - 2 1 - 3 4 9 5 0 0 2 3 23 5.5
Peña, Niver 38 5 - 15 0 - 3 3 - 4 1 5 5 0 1 1 2 13 6.5

Why would the 2nd guy get a higher rating? He had a much worse performance than the first guy yet he was 6.5 to 5.5. What are the ratings based on?

I made this look much nicer than it appears in the thread. Sorry.
