Here is something that could be implemented to fight against daytrading and that would look realistic.
Every time you sell a player, you lose a point in enthusiasm because your players are sad to see one of their friends leaving. This would be only for players sold and not cut because those that had bad luck at the draft with players they can't sell don't deserve to have this new drawback, and also not apply in the first 4 weeks of a new team (during the 50k bonus) because the players don't know yet each other, and because the new player doesn't deserve this drawback neither.
Teams would then have to chose between concentrating on their results, or concentrating on their bank account and see their mercenaries beaten due to lack of enthusiasm.

Another thing that could be added is a drop of about 4-5 levels in the player's shape due to his arrival in a new environment so he is not immediatly at 100% of his capacities when he arrives in a new team.

My players are so fanatic, they don't know anything like friendship if you look in their heads you just see "basketball" and the wish to play in the best team and to be in a strong team you need money you get in higher leagues or with trading...

I also think that trading is important for the transfermarket, because many great players was sales under value because the demand ain't so high that you always finds 2 or more intreted managers. And if just one manager who is intressed in this kind of player(and who could afford a fair price), he could buy this payer a lot under value.
So it ain't bad if some players looking for cheap players and take on bidwars till the price reaches a "high cheap". The other way was the changes of mentality, so that managers doesn#t wait till the deadline and search in a long term and bid immediatelly.

I don't blame those that buy players to have a better team but those that sell 3 players every week... That's total nonsense for me.

yeah you are right, but it was also total nonsense that you and me got an Basketballteam we could manage, it's nonsense that just a small part of team gets Training, it's nonsense that the training was sooo fast, it's nonsense that a guy in a club make everything from calculating the arena to tactic and formation etc.

But the important thing is that it makes fun :) And some guys have fun, when they could be active n the transfermarket, and it gives players the oppurtunity to reach teams who startet before then(i'm just in the first league because i have started 1-2 months earlier then the guys from the first Hattrick banner action, and i got good money for playing first league)..

And one extra point is, that the transfermarket was pretty crazy, because of the small demand and i doesn't believed that it will become better if we cut of the guys who bids on many Player so that the owners got some kind of a fair price when their aren't 2 players will real intrest on this player.

On other point to fight traders without punish then, is making the transfermarket more transparent, so you could maybe messages when someone bids on a player you have bidden on - so that you could look at the transferprice at the end of the auction(without notice his ID, and lazy players like me don't do that).

It could be logical according to player's influence to the team, but we haven't any preference like this - closest are experience.

If you sell player with medicore experience, drop of enthusiasm should be stronger than if you'll sell artricious one

What do you think?
