Heyy guys, I was just wondering whether training affects your player if you give him 70+ minutes? I know it affects your game shape but I'm not sure if it affects your training.

If you can't train them when you play them a certain amount of minutes, then what is the largest amount of minutes
You can train them?

Thanks for your help:)

The largest amount of minutes you can give them in one week is 144, if you make them the starter, backup and reserve in league and Cup/scrimmage matches. You really shouldn't play them over 75 minutes (the preference around BB is 50-60 minutes a week for starters/backups) and if possible, play your trainees in scrimmages and single-position train them. To answer what I think was your first question, 48 minutes of training would be the same as getting 70 minutes in a week. Just get him +48 minutes of training and you should be fine.

Getting 48+ is the same as getting 70. 70 will slowly deteriorate his Game Shape though, so be careful (unless you have a massage doctor).

70 is normal, it wont effect your GS in a negative way.

Thanks to all :)

I didn't know about that, but I've been told to keep your game shape at a good standard just give them 48-70

:)
