May I ask why so much PA on your PF? From the studies I've seen that's the position where it's least helpful(though I do love passing!).
Anyways here is mine(I'm going 110 skill points for all):
PG: 10/12/16/14/14/16 8/7/6/7
SG: 16/14/15/12/12/12 8/7/7/7
SF: 15/9/12/11/11/10 10/11/10/10
PF: 12/8/10/10/10/8 14/14/12/11
C: 10/6/6/8/8/10 16/17/15/13

You can play different tactics with my starting five. It isn't specialized for a particular tactic. Example, PA on PF helps when you're playing princeton. And cap-effect isn't so big. And of course, less turnovers in every tactic =)

To me it's a balanced team. Everyone above 135 skillpoints. Team skillpooints; 699. 700 to round it off. Then I'd have my backups at 811 every core skill and 7-9 every secondary. I like my, and I'll probably train them more than Guards.
PS, when I'm done building my bigs (PF/C)I'll get two great potential guards (MVP+)

How come handling is so important? I mean, my team can do good with 9-11 handling........bang. I like to focus more on shooting+defense.

9-11 handling is great. For D.V.
When facing OD 13+ however, your PG needs at least 13 HA and 12 PA to be succesfull.
