how do you get a player on here? i noticed these ads appearing at the bottom of the transfer list page. also, I don't understand what is meant by overbidding on market rates. this looks like it is being done all the time. Like, say for instance a player's worth is 3 to 6 grand. yet, the starting price is more than 8 grand. can someone please explain what this means?

Click on 'Community' on the left side menu. From the drop down menu on top, select 'New ad'. Choose the player and type whatever you want to. I think there is a 200 character limit.
