I have been one position training all season. It has been working, but this week is annoying me. I only play seven players so I can get my PG trainees max minutes. Problem is, I only put them in their positions, but they get SUBBED?!? They did not foul out or get hurt as far as I can see. I call for strictly follow the depth chart, and STILL my trainee got subbed and swapped positions on the court?!?! What gives?

If you are in a scrimmage, make sure there are no guys that are dressed, but not playing. Also make sure the the starter, backup, reserve positions for your trainees are filled with only the person you are training.

So, are you saying to me that I am better off with 2-position training? Or, should I only train two players instead of three?

That is why I only played 4 people in my scrimmage. Didn't want any subs to mess up my minutes, I would rather have them stay at 40 minutes.

This is what I am doing. I am new to this game, so I am happy that an experienced user thinks the same :)
