I would 1 position PGs, if I were you. Concentrate on (24740861) Joseph Bamba, and (22089905) Benard Odell, and any left over minutes I'd give to (23687679) Jessie Crocker. I'd sell your young Big men, and hire some cheap 20K Bigs, you only need 2 of them. They are a dime a dozen to buy of the Transfer List.

Good Luck

Edit - PS. Keep your SF, he'll serve you well.
You got the nice start to a good team.

Weekly salary. Those types of players are not expensive. Just buy some older ones, over 33. When they drop enough in skill you can just rotate them out for some new ones.

um, did you take in mind how much 40k will eat up his earnings? I think he can do well with a couple of 15kers, look at me, 1 guy with 15k and I'm 8-1, just manage enthusiasm.

Have 3 20K guy is not going to kill his money making. Thats just about TV revenue. (218284.1) When I was a winning team in D.V I was making around 80-110K in D.V Gate receipts. Your splitting hairs though. I was just giving him a guide. Not an absolution.

Better yet, though, is to look for guys in the 10-15k range but have average or higher in secondary skills (for big men, especially OD, handling and passing). It's definitely a habit that will pay off in the long run.
