Always had this question:

Do staff members improve theeir skill if their salary is like, too high? or what? Liike if you keep a staff member for a very long time (let's say, 2-3 seasons) and their salary goes bazerk, does it's level stay there or stay the same?

i'm pretty sure the level stays the same. If you go to the market for staff members, you'll notice that some of them are a level higher, but have a lower salary than someone on a lower level.
