ANyways looking at his skills.....
train 1 on 1 and passing for awhile. 1 on 1 will get driving up along with "secondary skill" handiling up too. get the HA up while training DR. once it's at 7, I think it'll take 9 weeks to get there, 7 pops in DR and 5 pops in HA. Then after that, do some OD to 11 and then passing to 8. After that, train more driving. After that go to JS. JS will pop due to the elastic effect. so then by end of S22 you should have these skillls:
11/8/11/12/14/8-3/5/8/4-6/8
This is with 13 weeks of driving, 9 of OD, 4 of JS, 5 of passing, 2 of HA.
Then do some more OD. 5 weeks. JS, 4 weeks, and then 5 weeks of secondaries (ID).
13/9/14/13/14/9-3/7/8/5-5/8
22 yo season. (Season 23)
4 of DR, 4 of OD, 3 of PA, 3 of Stamina/FT
13/9/16/14/16/12-3/7/8/5-6/9
23 yo season. (s24)
3 of OD, 3 of DR, 3 of JS 4 of Free Throws and 1 of stamina.
14/9/17/14/18/12-3/7/8/5-7/12
By now he will probably be capped. So now hes ready to play at full level and you can get a new trainee!
