hey guys im still very new to this game and was wondering how training works. How do i select who to train? I already know what to train and stuff like that but... for an example i select jump shot- whole team. and then i go to the "manage my team" tab and it says that only one player is getting trained. whats going on?

man! You got a good starting PG and a good sstarting C, I'd train the center cause he got MVP potential and sell the PG for some good cash, maybe like 250k off him.

Ok, what are Schroeder's and Awa's skills? who do you like better?

Honestly, you're a lucky son ofa gun. Both could turn out great, but they're opposing positions, you need to do 1 position training to get the best training possible. so you need to decide who to train, Awa or Schroeder? You need to decide who to train cause they basically can't co-exist (because in BB you could only 1-position train)

If you were to train Schoeder:

Train OD for the rest of the season. Then do some Driving and passing for the next season. After that season then do some Jump Shot.

If you were to train Awa"

Get him up in ID, train that for the rest of the season. Then jack up the IS: After that finaly go to the r3ebounding training.

First I need to know their skills

[Note: I'd rather train Awa cause of his potential. And sell Schoeder. But whoever has the better skills, you should train them. and then sell the other.]

honestly i would suggest him to train Shroeder and sell Awa immediately before he turns 19 and loses a ton of value. Awa can get him 350k+ and set him up very nicely. If he were to train him he would eventually have to sell him anyways because he will eat up his salary room on his team. Plus as it looks off of just salary Schroeder is the better player right now and guards are much cheaper and more fun to train in my eyes (It will make him want to play the game more ) Also use your 300k wisely. Your not going to promote this season because you've come too late so i would invest in your arena and the draft and then go from there.

man, guards don't come cheap i see the point, thats why I train bigs, I like to see more dunks than 3s honetly, + Chekreyes led me the BIG way, thats how I like Bigs, at first I was more of a Guard guy, but i've changed. When I'm done training Coleman and Delong though, I will probably go back to my guard ways

Just saying that the cenet would be dangerous if trained right. The guard is almost just as good.

PS: I hate guard are more and Bigs are cheap, it should be the other way around, in the NBA Guards have big salaries and Bigs are rare. This is the opposite, well I guess BB is Big Man oriented ;)

Anyways. If he were to train Schoeder he would probably end up a 80ker in full training, compare to Awa's 140k salary. So now I know guards are the way to go oh well, stuck with Coleman and Delong for a while.

also 350k is enough to get an arena (with his cash bonues) to build to 6.5k seats. So use it (the cash new guy) into your arena.

But listen to us it's your decision

@EBW I think he already decided to train guards cause he said JS ;)\
Also I like Big training, even though guard may be more exciting, everyone got their own likes.

Draft: Spend 3 pts a week since you've missed valuable time and you'll probably end up with hopefully a P. Allstar to train with Schedoer.

PPS sorry for the run off but Awa's a much cooler name than Schoder, jus saying

guadrs come cheap when they are not trained....

Not as many people train guards as Bigs... from my noticing, I could be wrong, or that they keep the guards they train rather than constantly selling and transferring etc. That with all the LI offenses, you can find the trained up bigs everywhere, but trained up guards... are at a premium. But untrained guards... tons... absolute tons....

You are absolutely right about that. Same reason i enjoy training guards more is because they are harder to find the exact way you want them so by training them you get what you want. With bigs its pretty much the same training for all of them so its easy to find one you want.

P.S. i would just like to inform you that now that ive +1 balled you, you now have the most suggestive and sexual number known to mankind

So naturally I had to ruin it. :)

Anyways, on topic
@ OP, train the guard and sell the big man. Superstar is enough to be useable at even the highest level of competition. MVP is uselss for you as you wont meet his potential anyways. Plus MVP potential basically sells itself for around the number E.B.W. mentioned!

Now back offtopic.
I enjoy training guards vs big men as there is more variety I find with the guards since there are more skills that need training which means you can make more unique players. Obviously SFs sell for the most, but just between Bigs and Guards I train guards everytime. Although I want to train a PF soon :)

I'm all big men, DUNK!

If I had 400k in my bank, I'd get him right away!

Train with Coleman and Delong=very dangerous Big men rotation of Awa, Delong starting, then Coleman the 6th Man coming off the bench ready to DUNK.

ah well, when I buy a 18 yo MVP Guard and an SG of superstar potential I'll train them to drive like hell, and go 500MPH

or maybe I can train them to drive faster than the pseed of light!

Well, I do train them to drive like a maniac I'll also have their OD too.

i don't think we have the right to

You see, the TL is big, of young, old and good prospects, 90% which are better than your entire roster (with the exception of Awa and Shcoeder)

So basically, all you have to do is fire them, cause that's what we'd do anyways after we buy them, 1st teams players are useless unless they're 18 and have p. all-star+ potential by now
