Hey guys, got two guys I'm getting close to finishing with training. I've got a solid idea of what I want to finish with, but I'd like to hear some other opinions as well.

Trainee 1:

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: respectable
Driving: prominent Passing: proficient ↑
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: prolific
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: strong Free Throw: average

Experience: awful

23 years old
6'8
Perennial Allstar
Going for a balanced SF build

Trainee 2:

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: respectable
Driving: prominent ↑ Passing: respectable ↑
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: sensational
Rebounding: sensational Shot Blocking: proficient
Stamina: strong Free Throw: strong

Experience: awful

22 years old
6'11
Perennial Allstar
Going for an outside oriented PF

So what do you guys think would be some solid end goals?

So no more OD/ID/RB you guys think? And what do you think a good level of PA would be before switching.

Player 1: At the minumum, I would want 4 IS pops, 3 JS pops, 2 pops in OD, HN, DR, and PS. That would get him in great shape to be a D2 starter in the US. You would still have cap space to do other stuff if you want, but 15 pops is going to be tough even if you train through his age 25 season.

Player 2: Perennial Allstar potential could be a problem here if you want to use him beyond D3. He definitely needs 2 ID, RB, and JS pops, which puts him at the low end of the cap. If there is still cap room, I would tack on some JR since you are looking for an outside oriented PF. However, IS wouldn't be the worst thing to give you the flexibility to play multiple tactics, though the cap comes into play there. 10 IS will be a tough go in D3 and a disaster in D2. I am not sure whether your plan on keep him long term or selling him, but since most PF in D2 have decent OD on their PF (like your guy) his lack of IS may make him an offensive liability. That said, if you were to sell him you would get a good chunk of change IMO.

Just my humble opinion, feel free to take it or leave it.
