hey guys, how do my players get better game experience? Do they just play games or do i have to do something? If it does go up, will it actually show it went up meaning that it has a green arrow next to it? and also how do my players lose stamina?

Your players experience will increase through minutes played. The bigger the game the more impact on experience the minutes have. For example if your player was a NT player 48 minutes played in a NT game would be worth more than 48 minutes played in a league game. I would not be exactly sure what the order of importance certain games are or if what division you are in effects how much impact minutes from league games has, but thats how it is done. Also there is no green arrow when they increase in experience.

Stamina is always decerasing slowly and it is know that stamina will drop by a full level every 1-1.5 seasons so training STA once a season is recommended.

Your players lose stamina cause it's a usual thing that happen every season on every player no matter wwhat you so about it. I suggest training stamina in the short weeks like the ASG and start off the season. Also you could train that/Free throws if ou're out of the playoffs. Now for experience. Your players gain experience when they play enough minutes (which i a lot) and no it doesn't show a pop. It just go up automatically. when your player gain experience, they're supposed to make better decisions I believe.

Like Bballin and tough said, you should train stamina or FTs in the short weeks (All-Star Week, offseason). Concerning experience, I heard that a player had to play an average of 800 league minutes to get a pop in experience. I have also read somewhere on the forums that the type of game(s) determine how fast the play may pop. It goes something like this: B3, U21/NT, Cup, League, Scrimmages, Private League.

Private League

Really? Private league? I find that hard to believe as the supporter feature is supposed to have zero ingame advantages and experience is definitely an ingame advantage. I doubt PL games count towards experience.

I think it's this:

B3, U21/NT, Cup, Playoffs, League, Scrimmages...............

sub playoff experience (i think each one is much greater the other)
league final, conference finals, round 1

also the further in cup you go, the better, but in the cup you need to get a lot of luck......
