Importance of trainer level for teamtraining. Does is matter what level your trainer is when you train freetrow or stamina? Also does a trainer has influence on the performance during games?

Some people reported weird skillups from free-throw training like shot blocking.
Its extremely rare but maybe the trainer lvl has some influence on those secondary skill-ups.
(like one every 50 weeks than every 55 ;)

Those 'weird ' skillups you describe are the effects of cross training. In case you didn't know 10% of training goes to a random skill.

With the current cross training in effect. Who sais the cross training value is not calculated by trainer level? Before it was simple. No other skills were receiving anything when using team trainings. Now they are. Perhaps that small % uses the trainer lvl.
