I also want to know whether the fan survey would be updated if we can book a scrimmage with the rival ...

Say, I lost a league game against the rival. Then book a scrimmage, and won the scrimmage game. Would that improve the fan survey rating?

I think fan survey effects your survey but your game before your home game counts more. Also it wont effect your
Fan survey if you play a scrimmage with your rival
