Some people have said in the past that if a player is injured in your game then you can check to see if the injury is longer than one game by going to your schedule and setting the lineup for my next game to see if his name is red or not. Is this true? I ask because my star player who is my starting PG just got hurt 30 seconds into todays game but his name is still in black when i looked at setting my lineup for next game.. does this mean he was just hurt for the one game? Thanks in advance.

This method does work so your player will be uninjured after your game.

Yep and also, if you go to Buzzer-Manager.com it will tell you how long they're out, like the actual weeks, before the game ends.
