Hi guys! Another newbie question here!

My team is a #2 seed. My understanding is that playoff revenue works like this:

Conference Semifinals: We would be the home team and get 2/3 of ticket sales.
Conference Finals: Assuming we play the #1 seed, we play Away and get 1/3 of sales.
Championship: 2 out of 3, HCA to better seed (or is it to the team with the better record?). Again, a 2:1 split in favor of the home club with Home Court rotating each game.

My question is whether there is any increase in revenue on a PER TICKET basis, i.e., do you get maybe 15% more for a sellout in the playoffs than you would during the regular season? Or maybe a tiered increase, something like 10% for first round, 25% for second round, and 50% for the Finals games (just making up numbers)?

Thanks!

HCA for the championship goes to the team with the best record. Everything else you said is right. There is no increase on a per ticket basis the only thing is that if your arena doesn't usually fill out then your attendance might be higher.
