Yeah, I wanted a National Appeal guy so I went out and got one, was looking for the same level as I had but this guy was only 2,500 more in salary so I went ahead and got him. I'm planning on using all my money to expand my arena next season so maybe he'll pay off after all.
The difference is pretty minimal. I would say you'll likely be better off looking for a level 2 guy at less than 6500 salary - if you wanted, you could hire a national appeal guy before road games and fire and replace him with a crowd involvement before home games - I've done that in playoff series in the past or when I've been really concerned about some matchups. But there's little need to spend big salaries on those guys at this point in your career.
