Each BB-representative (BB, GM, MOD, LA) will have on his wall a survey of "popularity", that will be reset once a month (for example).
Each user can get to this survey and vote.

In addition, there will be a wall that will not be cleaned, and could only be seen by BB-owners, where each user can argue the case (if wants to) why he things this BB-representative do/not-do his job as expected to be done.

That will give a real view for the BB-owners what does the community thinks of each of their representatives.
Not one that is biased by a friend to the BB-representatives group.

A minor suggestion is mainly view and statistics issues.
Surely not monitoring the work of the game (AKA BB-representatives).
