I was relegated (as expected) from the playoff, and I do not have official games this week.
I saw that I'm not paying salary for the players, but I do pay for the staff...
I agree that the trainer has work to do, but the doctor and surely the PR don't have anything to do.
I think that like there is no payment for the players, there should not be payment for the staff.

Am I right?

While you have no official games you still play scrimmages where they might get injured and PR managers help in attendence,winning chance(dependimg on specialty) and merch I think

As for your suggestion No that will just make managers more inclined to finish 5th.

I believe that this is the first time I got to be in the playoff and not to pass the first game.
A conclusion for me from this economy fiasco is to fire all in case this will happen again.
There is no justification to pay for the doctor and PR for scrimmages.
Paying for the trainer is something else and is to be defined upon trainers I have, and training I'll choose.

If you fire them, you'll just have to hire others at start of the season. I don't think that would be financially a good decision. Closing since this is not a bug.
