Brand new here.. trying to figure this all out.

I have this guy -

Nic Martin (4382546)
Weekly salary: $ 3 954
DMI: 10600
Age: 19
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: average Handling: awful
Driving: inept Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious

He seems to be the best guy on my team so I want to train him. I want to train his jump range.. what's the best way to do that? All these training options confuse me. (I'm not a basketball player.. or even a fan in real life, I'm sure it shows)

Or is there something better I should train him on? He's a small forward, at least according to my roster but I get that I can put him anywhere I want.
