on his first game against a D2er..............he was 9-10 from 2 3-3 from the charity stripe, 8 rebounds, 1 assists, 4 TOs (it makes sense cause he played a D2er and had awful passing) 3 blocks 2 fouls and a total of 21 points in 39 minutes at PF...........so now what should I do with him? pump up the RB then go IS and ID and cap at OD? or what?

I wouldn't bother training someone with starter potential.

don't worry he's just getting scraps of Coleman and Delong's training.............he's third........anyways I'm still in a hunt for a guy to help my team win.............and I'll need that extra cash.........this year I didn't want to spend 50k on someone when I know that 50k is the difference between not buying a play and buying the player.....and for some reason too I think that starter potential is a high starter....next season I'll go for a PA with high skills and 4k+ salary.........

Then he trains whatever you train those two in, and you don't worry one little bit about what to train this guy in. Problem solved.
