I have a question...one of our local players is on transfer list right now with bid ending on 10:48 AM on Friday. Training in our country is scheduled on 10:45 AM Friday and lately we can see the line "Trainer reports that this week's training...has been complete" between 10:55 AM and 11:10 AM.

So who will he get training from? Current team or new team that will buy him? He already has 48+ minutes on PG because his owner is training OD. Would it be advisable for his new team to have his training set on something that uses minutes from PG? (OD, PA, 1 on 1 or JS for PG/SG).

From my point of view, you will not know until that very same moment, as training updates are not having an exactly time every Friday.

If the player's owner is from a country that already had training at 10:48 AM, player will have training with that team. If player is sold before his previous team had the training update ran, he will train with the new manager (in case this one is training PG position).

Let's anyway wait for somebody else to confirm this ;)

I had a thought a while ago that players could actually miss training completely. Using your example the player could miss training with his current team because he sells before training. He could then get transferred to a team who has already had training. Which made me think at what point weekly minutes are reset. If minutes reset at a training update then would they transfer to the next week.

For the sake of the argument, let's say he'd be sold to a manager from same country (we want to be sold to one of our local managers).

I'm afraid that, if training works as I'm suspecting, players could indeed miss training...

For the sake of the argument, let's say he'd be sold to a manager from same country (we want to be sold to one of our local managers).

Then, as I said, in my opinion you will not know until the very last moment. If player is indeed sold at 10:48 AM, because there are no delaying bids, and training in your country ran at 10:47 AM, he will receive training from the previous team. And if training is running at 10:49 AM, he will receive training at the new team.

Of course, it could happen that training is ran at exactly 10:48 AM. In this concrete case, I have no idea...
