Every training guide i see gives a timeline. I used ti think potential determined training speed but someone told me otherwise. I was wondering what affect does buying a trainer have? Does it speed up the results at all? If not whats the purpose? and is it worth spending 35k/ week for a superior trainer

Whether it's worth, depends on your finances, needs, plans, etc.
