At the moment, it is very hard for supporters to create an international private league:
Every national forum has different rules, some have a sticky post for PL, and some other don´t have it. In all the national forums it is not allowed to post in a different language so people who want to organize an international PL have problems and they could even be banned if they don´t follow the forum rules which likely don´t understand. Also some mods are too strict with these PL organizers and close the posts without further explanation.
I know by my own experience that organizing an international PL is a hard work, and they don´t deserve to be banned.
It would be probably a good idea to have a forum (or any other tool to get in contact) for people who try to do this. They are supporting the game, and at this moment they don´t get a proper treatment.

(22503.1) is not enough?

My experience with creating league are only the best. I just created league named LA-liga and sent invites to aprox 15 LA´s.

As far as i know, when Slovak forum starts, there were two threads. One was about NT elections rules and the second was about BB-forums rules.

And i look into the conference rules and there is nothing like:
You can post private league posts only in Private league ad thread. So I thing of two ways how to handle with it.
1. Ad the rule into conference rules
2. Stop prosecuting users for not breaking conference rules.

BTW: ebuestlo, thanks for informating about this. Before I read this, I would also delete this type of thread on BB-Slovakia and Czech. Now, i will let them be:)
