Just wondering what offence is best against full court press, I realize the help forum says patient, but is anything else effective?

Personally, I would lean towards inside based offenses like Look Inside and Inside Iso. And make sure your guards/SF have strong handles/passing skills.

Low Post can also be used. It helps if your bigs have some JS and PA.

Patient is good if you don't have up tempo stamina (respectable+) but honestly the best counter to FCP is good rebounding to balance out the turnovers you will most likely have.

In my opinion the most effective tactic against FCP is Motion based on my personal knowledge for this game.

What I can say from my last game is that run and gun is really NOT efficient against FCP.
Granted my starting PG was injured so I chose to train my draftee at PG instead, but 44 TO is really a lot against a far inferior team (52683737), even when TIEing the game.

Does anybody know what is the record of TO in a game (or steals)?

I just think that as long as you have good offensive flow (OF), at least better than the guy you're against, it's good enough no matter what offense you play. Don't play an offense that isn't your team's strength. I've played FCP in a majority of my games the past two seasons and I learned that playing FCP against teams with better OF doesn't result in as many turnovers as I hoped, so I just play man-to-man against them.
