Learn the importance of gameshape, it's directly related to DMI. They rise and fall together.
You can't play your best players 40+ minutes a game, 3 games a week like you're doing. You need to play them 60-70 mins for the entire week to maximize them. Right now your top players all have average-respectable gameshape and I'll bet all the money in my pocket they'll be even worse than that tomorrow morning. You need to get them up to strong-proficient if you want them playing at peak performance. Gotta use your bench more to do that.
