I realize a lot of people say DMI is meaningless, but I notice that it is not. A lot of teams that I match up well with beat me and I think it is because their DMI is so much higher than mine....I cant seem to get more than one or two players to get their DMI up around 150K....most of them stay around 60-80K ....Any ideas or is there some core thing I missed? Thanks in advance, and God bless Buzzerbeater, the best basketball game on the net.

No doubt the injuries are killing me. I lost 3 guys for 2 weeks each all in one game....I am overworking my other guys right now. BUT, I get what you are saying and I appreciate the tip. I will train more GS when I get my injured men back.

No need to train GS, just keep weekly minutes of each player in 55-70 min range.

I've seen many times, especially since I've been U21 coach and talked to a lot of local teams, that a lot of managers buy 2-3 players with above-average salary for their league and overplay them each week, giving them 90-110 minutes.

But in-play contributions from a 60k player with Inept Game shape are equal to a player with 20k and Proficient game shape, if skills are similar. So wouldn't it be better to have three 20k players with Proficient GS? If I take this example further, you are basically overpaying the first guy with Inept GS by 40k each week.
