If you set up your bigs as guards and vice versa for training purposes, switch them on D to their proper positions and play 3-2 zone, will the engine know that you want your guards to make the outside 3?
It seems it gets too confusing for BB engine and you end up with your bigs defending most of the outside shots. It's my second venture into 3-2, and it looks ridiculous. Has anyone had a longer experience with using 3-2 zone and swapping on D at the same time?

The guys that make the "3" in the 3-2 zone are the ones set to defend at PG, SG and SF. The fact that your bigs (i.e. the players set to defend at PF and C) end up defending some outside shots is a consequence of defensive rotations and stuff

But, it's not on early "transition" shots. There shouldn't be any defensive rotations once the zone is set. I wonder how the engine finds the weak point of D to exploit in zone. How does my opponent's SG ends up shooting over my PF defending as C, but not over SF d. as PF?
