Well, I'm not sure, personally, but I've got to believe that major factors include the strength of your opponents, your ability to consistently win games, your amount of BB experience, and your being capable of thinking the Country rankings are actually worth jack crap. I beat a team 500 US rankings above me last season, beat the same team later in the season and pounded them in the league semifinals. and I didn't pass the guy in the National Rankings until two weeks after the last time I played him. I've got to think things are pretty similar in the top 1000 albeit on a smaller scale. I've lost home games to lower ranked teams, and knocked out teams a hundred spots above me on the road, in the same season. The rankings are 75% bullsh*t from the perspective of a Low-end D4 team, more a measure of how long you've played than anything.
