in the game i am viewing now, the shot clock goes down to 18 and pops up to 24 again and again on the same possession

It's a glitch, happens now and then. Sometimes refreshing the page will solve the issue. But the "real" shotclock keeps running, the time between the previous shot and the shot on that position is less than 24 seconds
