For example, if I play TIE with 8 enthusiasm, is it the same as normal with 5 enthusiasm?
Also, 8 enthusiasm goes towards to 5 slower than 15 enthusiasm?

1. Yes. Around 8 or 9 TIE equals normal 5 I've seen people write.
