It is possible to type in a number of seats into one of the four seat types, switch focus to another category of seats, return back and set the original to zero and then get a quote for the work (which ends up being six days and $0). It does not appear possible that you can actually start the work, and this isn't really a significant thing, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to fix.
