I have a player who I think could be dominant. Some U21 scouts have naturally been pushing me to train him for U21, and some other people said I should train him out of position for long-term. He's coming along so well I almost feel I can do both. Meet Will Kendrick

18 years old, 7'2", level 6 trainer mean he's popping really fast in inside skills. I'm sure he'll pop in rebounding the first time I train it and his shot-blocking will probably pop from cross-training as well. His estimated salary is already over $12K, which is as higher or higher than almost any 19 year old I've seen on the transfer list. And he'll be getting rebounding training during playoffs. Should I keep training inside stuff until then, or should I play him a little at point guard and work on his passing?
