My arena: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/28952/arena.aspx
I've been close to sold out all season, but my bleacher attendance dropped 4,500 people in my last home game, plus a few lower tier and courtside seats. I lost one TV game in the interim, and to be fair I lost it pretty badly, but that only dropped me to 16-1 on the season. I've had 4 and 5 star PR ratings in most everything, except "good run in the cup" and "doing everything to improve the team" (2.5 to 3) and "played well in last TV game" which is understandably bad due to that result. I'm at 4.5 stars overall.
The game where my attendance dropped was against my "hated rival" team, which was in fourth place. I have not changed prices recently.
I understand bleacher attendance is sensitive to won-lost record, but I think this is a bit harsh!

Fans have an incredibly short memory. You lost your away game on TV previous to this home game, so some people don't buy tickets.
Unfair, yes. Uncommon, no.
If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

It could be a combination of factors such as prices (but not in this case, as you stated in your original post), losing the game before your most recent home game b/c it was a rivalry game, but more importantly, probably b/c it was an away game.
10/20 (Home, Win) - Slightly dropped, day arena prices took effect, but you said there were no changes in arena prices.
10/23 (Away/TV, Loss) - Both an away & TV game,
probably has more to do with losing an away game, preceding a home game.
10/27 (Home/Rivalry, Win) - Good to get back on track winning against your rival.
