Hello all i was wondering what your thoughts were on trowing the championship. Im in D5 and have firm ontrol oer my league, There are teams with comparable reords that just cant stand up toe to toe wit us anymore. I think im clear faorite for the championship

However my brother also played this game. He got to division 4 with his Run n gunhigh tempo offense. he has struggled mightily to adapt to difference in competition and has gone largely inactive because of it.

another problem is i have expensive young talent. MY arena will need some work if its gonna be able to keep up with their eer growing salaries. I was gonna just do it next season in d 4 but my bro says ill regret it. So should i stay in d5 and throw the championship and build my arena while selling out(my areana attendance will be better if im dominating s. barely getting by in d4.). Or adance to d4 and go along with any benfits that it may offer. Are there other factors i should be considering? IS my team god enough to ompete in d4?

What ou got for competition right now is San Diego Sharks. He doesn't really have the good players t olast through D4. I think you should try for promotion now.

As a guy said to me a couple seasons ago,

if you see an opportunity to promote, go for it

there a lot of reasons why D4 is better than D5

1. More activity: well, more active people, more forum activity, and better matches then those blowouts you see down in D5

2. Big TV Contract: You get more cash for TV Contract. 10k is 10k

3. Better Learning: You will learn better from the Game in D4

I say go for it! You got 2 great players and a PG to dish it to your two great players. Your arena isn't all that bad for D4, another guy named Cometahalley (a leaguemate/friend I beat in the finals) (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/30332/overview.aspx) had an arena almost like yours. now he's building it greatly.

I think what you could do now is build your arena to 7k seats now. put in 500 or so bleachers so that you can expand your best income for D4 (500 bleachers is 100k)

then when you promote to D4, use your 200k cashings to buy a 30 yo SG or something like that so you could stay up.

I like your chances in D4, idk what your brother is saying but I think you could last in D4.

1, you got young players. your 2 best players are 22 each, so they have a lot of career left and you could LI teams so your PG can dish it to them.

2. Your arena isn't ALL that bad. A lot of teams go to D4 with 6.5k arenas. But the very successful teams go with 8k. But still, I think if you build your arena to like, 7.5k before promoting you will be able to last in D4.

so GO FOR IT!

When you promote you get an attendence boost so you would always be near selling until after the AS break
