I have 3 trainees.

Jakes(22158255)
12/8/14/13/13/12 - 10/5/7/2 - 4/1

Oudin(26364152)
5/4/5/7/8/7 - 9/6/5/2 - 6/4

Gasbarri(26325809)
8/6/8/4/5/7 - 6/5/6/8 - 2/8

The goal I have currently set out for Oudin and Gasbarri are:

Oudin: 13/7/11/15/12/11 - 18/15/15/4
Gasbarri: 16/10/14/11/9/11 - 15/14/11/10

I have no clue what Jakes will end up with. Anyways, I am training IS for the rest of the season and either 1v1 forwards or REB for two game weeks. Starting next season my plan is as so:

Season 21: IS, REB, 1V1
Season 22: IS, IS, IS, ID, ID, ID, IS, IS, IS, ID, ID, REB, IS, ID
Season 23: IS, IS, IS, ID, ID, REB, IS, IS, IS, ID, ID, REB, IS, ID
Season 24: ID, REB, 1V1, ID, REB, ID, ID, IS, 1V1, ID, REB, ID, ID, REB
Season 25: OD, OD, PA, OD, OD, PA, OD, OD, PA, OD, OD, PA, OD, 1V1
Season 26: OD, OD, PA, OD, OD, PA, OD, OD, PA, OD, OD, PA, OD, 1V1
Season 27: JR, 1V1, JR, 1V1, JR, 1V1, JR, ID, JR, 1V1, JR, 1V1, JR, 1V1
Season 28: IS, ID, JR, IS, ID, JR, IS, ID, JR, IS, JR, REB, ID, REB
Season 29: OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, REB
Season 30: OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, REB
Season 31: OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, JS, REB, OD, REB

I have a level 6 trainer.

I realize that I probably have not properly anticipated the age slowdowns so I dont expect Gasbarri and Oudin to hit their goals until Season 32 or 33. Anyways, does anyone think this is a good plan and goal?

I want to make two star PFs and my 21 year old will turn into a pretty decent SF I assume. Meaning I would have a pretty awesome SF/PF/C combo in Jakes/Gasbarri/Oudin and then a good SG and a pass first PG before im set!

Suggestions?

I always try to maximize training for my team. If I'm training 2-position training, I will buy players so that I have 6 players to train. I will not switch training week by week, at least not from 1-position to 2-position training....(like seasons 29-31). My suggestion is that you train OD first or last but not every third week.

Another thing which might be important is elastic effect. 1vs1 is normally best to train first (at least before PA and OD). Also IS and ID before REB.

Training will slowdown about 10% per year.

My personal preference is a bit higher driving....Otherwise I like goals for your trainees
