What's that you say, we still have a scrimmage this week(and possibly next week, I'm unsure)? This is all true says I, but the team has been dreaming of next season since they were eliminated from official games. So at the insistence of the players I've opened up the season 22 training camp for the NT.

Guard Invitees
Barry Bains(16739864)-L Dog's leader is hoping to make a return to the NT as our premier passer. He is also trying to lead his team into the EBBL as the season winds down.
James Gascoigne(18059625)-Longtime top-prospect James Gascoigne is ready to make his mark at the NT level starting next season.
Mark Simpson(11994830)-After bouncing on and off the team this season Mark wants to make his spot a full-time one with his great defensive skills.
Brendan Mackay(11994978)-Our all around guard Brendan is back again and looking to continue his run at the PG spot.
Peter Torres(9441696)-Though he's been left off this season Peter knows if he stays in shape there is always a chance.
Wayne Dempsey(10815303)-Wayne certainly won't be the handsomest player at camp, but he knows its the skills that really count.
James Stanway(9850917)-James appeared on the team briefly like Mark, and wants to return again.
Graeme Lonbay(11994695)-Wayne wishes he had hair like Graeme.
Darren Reeves(13411043)-Limited by injuries/GS problems to start the season Darren has impressed in scrimmages.
Robbie Harris(16739742)-Gascoigne's training partner, Robbie is ready to use his marksman skills to shoot his way onto the team.
Terrell Hongs(16275465)-Terrell wants another chance to show off his out of the building range to the scouts, and he's gonna get it.
Alan Sharpling(16213916)-The Man, The Myth, The Legend. Alan Sharpling is top of the class and is ready to take all these other chumps back to school.
Carl Gregson(11994580)-Will Carl decide this is the season he gets in shape to challenge for a spot on the team?

Forward Invitees
Connor Anderson(12679568)-You want all around skill? Connor's got it.
Paul Bull(13411760)-Paul has lived his entire career in team mate Connor's shadow, is this the season he finally takes his game to the top?
Warren Stewart(14819398)-Warren has continued to hone his skills in anonymity for season after season, will he finally get the spotlight of the NT?
Veluchami Omayorupagan(13410330)-Veluchami knows what it's like to play on a star studded team, and his low salary is very deceptive of his great skills.
Elmo Antonio Armada(16739755)-Stop and appreciate that name for a moment.

Big Man Invitees
Alan Pohlman(11394242)-Alan's back again to show that his time isn't past.
Duncan MacMonies(14473762)-Duncan is back again and yet another White Tiger.
Niall Coates(13410029)-The man know's how to put the ball in the hole.
Lawrence MacKenzie(10815474)-He'll still be going strong as one of our team leaders going on 30 next season.
Clint Eliopoulos(18761328)-Clint amused himself in his time away from the NT by absolutely destroying D.III.
Frank Clarke(12647020)-Englands original all-around big man Franks still willing to play ball.
Gregor Simpson(21068457)-What's that? A will be 23 year old should be on the prospects list? No, I think not, Gregor is ready to play with the big boys.
Lionel Bryan(13410189)-Yet another White Tiger fighting for a spot on the team.
Don Holm(16740083)-Mr.Consistency for us down low, Don looks to make this just another season of a long NT run.
Darryl Austin(16739976)-Darryl is looking to maintain his spot as Englands biggest big. But young Gregor is gonna give him all he can handle.
Rudolph Brewer(18060446)-Rudolph is also with a new team and ready to fight for his spot.

Next week the list will be narrowed down to the top 25 spots, along with the election of the team captain.

Give your feedback on who you think should lead our team into season 22!

There were better prospects back when I signed him, but who turns down the chance of having an Elmo Antonio Armada on their team?

i think our captain should have high experience, be relatively old and in principal should have a good number of caps at the NT level too... are there a few players that stand out on that basis?
another thing would be if they consistently keep themselves in strong/proficient GS
also do any of these guys hold a record for the most points/assists/rebounds ever in the UK NT history?

Connor Anderson (12679568)

Only player on the team with a rare Buzzerbeater Beard.

Surely a sign of great leadership potential.

there you have England's problem in a nutshell, there are no standouts in that list.

Given the entire roster is much of a muchness, I'd give the armband to a regular starter who consistently sets an example in terms of game shape. I'm guessing that makes MacKay favourite?

I'd have to say my personal favourite would probably be either Mackay or Sharpling. Sharpling may have taken the steps needed last season to become that standout we've been lacking.

sharpling was the other one I thought of, I've tried to buy him myself but always been outbid!
