What type of players do you need to play push the ball? What skills for each player? For instance:
- guard: Passing
- center: IS and RB
...
Thanks in advance

Same as base offense except maybe you want more stamina, as it is increase paced.
Skills for each position here:

I know that. I'm asking for the specific skills for that tactic. For example, JR is not very important in look inside...

And I already told you, Push the Ball is just a faster version of Base Offense.
Then I gave you the basic skills players need at the different positions for a basic offense.
What more do you want?

The deal with PTB is that the threshold for how good a shot has to be for your player to take it instead of trying to pass is lowered. This makes everybody take more of "their" shot: Guards and SFs take a lot of threes and jumpers. PFs take a fair number of jumpers, too. And PFs and Cs take more inside shots. But the shots they take will be worse/less open.
So, to run a good PTB, you need a PG with lots of passing to get good early looks. And you need plenty of JS/JR on your guards and SFs, JS/IS for your PF, and IS for your C so they can all score even if they're shooting over a defender. Handling isn't as big a deal, though, since they don't hold on to the ball for very long.
That's my analysis from the outside. Although I seriously considered running PTB, I bailed after a few unsuccessful attempts since I couldn't put together the right personell. Maybe somebody else with more experience could shed more light on the matter.

I am considering PTB because I need to reinvent my team...
