I had a mentor, but lost contact with him a few months back. So I'm looking for a proven BB player to offer some advice. Message me if interested. Thanks!:D

the Division may not show, but I was a fast learner when I came into the game. I know some about arena, players, and how to get a stud trainee or two........all thanks to such people as Chekreyes, Prof. Bricks and FuriousSK......

if you want, hit me up on the bb-mail, and I will try my best to help you.

also you can sign up for the USA Offsite, and then BB Mail Mod-jfarb to get approved. Where very experienced managers can help you out too.

Offsite probably works the best.

It's a lot easier here if you ask specific questions, usually you can get a few answers from people all over the spectrum.

perhaps you misunderstood, so let me restate it again differently.

If you want a mentor (in the US side), right now the offsite is probably the best play to get information on your specific team.

If you want to best utilize help from the boards, the way that most help is given is through answering specific questions.

hopefully that is more clear this time :)

I'll give you a few small tips just to get the ball rolling from what i personally see from a team building standpoint.

1) Your salaried players are all young. You probably spent a fortune more than you had to in order to get talent at a younger age, and in the future you may find it more advantageous to build a mix of young and old. Additionally, you can train everyone, so theres likely a few guys in your team comp right now that need extra work that aren't getting it. A veteran that costs probably about the same is likely to have these issues completely fixed up.

2) Game Shape. This week you have a guy with a 4 because you let him play most of the scrim plus two games where he got 30's. Getting past 100 minutes made him plummet to a 4. pick up a low salaried 10th player and send him in for 48 minutes on a scrim before pushing one of your better big men to the edge.

3) Arena & Pricing. You ought to rethink your pricing in order to maximize value on your stadium. The next ticket change is in 2 weeks. You can also safely fill with a little more success out of your team about another 1k seats in D.IV, so you might want to build out some more there.

I'm not more experienced or proven than you, so i can't really give you the mentoring help. But i can provide you some generic details on things that i see that you can work on while you search for one.
