If my guard's defensive skill are not good enough, what defensive tactic is the best to tackle Princeton?

Depend on your roster....1-3-1,but your C and especialy PF need good OD.
You are in 4st league,so 1-3-1 should be the best option,no matter OD.(C/PF)
For hIgher league is m2m better vs Princeton

I have always wanted to test the 1-3-1 zone as I can field 4 guys with 10+ OD. Haven't come so får yet though. Gotta do it in my next PL game and see what happens.
I wouldn't hesitate to throw up a zone against a team playing Princeton though.

I did it once with three 14OD guys at the guards and SF position and an 11 at PF, with a 12OD backing up those four positions and a 5OD guy backing up my center (who had 2 OD). So, naturally, the SG got injured four minutes in and the 5OD guy came in and played SF pretty much the rest of the game, and although the overall team rating in OD was good (prolific), there were a lot of contested outside shots hit over that 5OD player that ended up costing me the game.
