Hello,
I am currently starting training PA for my PG. This training can improve other skills(like HA or DR)? Or is just PA which benefits from it?

Yes you have right!!If you train PA for PG your player will bi traind HA and DR but this is depending of your player and coach! (years, skills level and coach level) - I hope you understand me :D

It also depends on his sublevels, how close or far away his skills are from other skills, 1 or 2 position training, and how many minutes he had in training that week.
