Rivals (Cause I'm bored)

Big 8: (Rival on the right)
Airballers - Silverbacks, 14 games. NBBA, 5-7 in league play, 1-1 in playoffs.
Ambitious - KDB, 5 games. Division II, 0-2 league play, 0-1 in playoffs. NBBA, 1-1 in league play.
Bullish - KDB, 9 games (+5 more in PL...don't know if that factors in), Division II, 1-0 league play, 1-2 in playoffs. NBBA 3-1 league play, 0-1 in Cup.
Fighting Kelts - Bullish, 5 games. Division III, 0-4 in league, 0-1 in Cup.
Finger Rolls - Airballers, 3 games. Division III, 1-0 in league. NBBA, 1-1 in league.
KDB - Finger Rolls, 2 games. NBBA, 2-0 in league play.
Quakers - Airballers, 2 games, NBBA, 1-1 in league.
Silverbacks - Bullish, 6 games (+1 more in PL). NBBA, 1-3 in league, 0-2 in playoffs.

Teams lucky enough that they aren't rivals of another team, Fighting Kelts and Pennsylvania Quakers.

Great 8:
BMG - LMA, 32 games (not going to bother checking if in other leagues). 9-15 league, 0-1 Cup, 2-5 playoffs.
LMA - BMG, just read above and flip the records.
Bruins - LMA, 22 games. Division II, 1-1 league, 0-2 playoffs. 0-1 Cup (D2 vs NBBA). NBBA, 6-10 league, 0-1 playoffs.
Funky Town - Bruins, 37 games (not bothering to check leagues). 21-9 league, 4-3 playoffs.
Liberty & Power - Rocket Science, 5 games. 0-1 Cup (D4 vs D2). Division II, 1-0 league, 2-1 playoffs.
Rocket Science - L&P, read above.
Visionaries - Funky Town, 6 games. 1-1 Cup (D2 vs NBBA). NBBA, 2-2 league.
Jests - Funky Town, 5 games. 2-2 league, 0-1 playoffs.

Teams lucky enough that they aren't rivals of another team, Visionaries and New York Jests.

Season Ticket Holders:

S20 - 3532
S21 - 3808
S22 - 3928

Judging from last seasons conversation about STH, I'm still below average.

Wooo! I'm so lovable!

As an aside, anyone else feel like they can't escape Zane Ritter? No? Just me?

I definitely feel that way. This will be my 7th straight season against him.

In other Ritter related news. Is L&P going all Silverbacks on us? He's now got an elite guard trio. 490k between them. Outside offense renaissance?

Hello all - did not expect to be back here. But it looks like a one season stay for me again. :)

You know, I have never been to the Big 8 ever. Would be nice to experience that. Perhaps next season.

Unsurprisingly, the 4 promotees have the lowest payrolls in the league.

Total:
Rocket Science - $ 537 608 (Great 8)
Finger Rolls - $ 520 051 (Big 8)
New York Jests - $ 511 003 (Great 8)
Fighting Kelts - $ 428 907 (Big 8)

Top 5 players:
Rocket Science - $ 468 114
Finger Rolls - $ 436 541
New York Jests - $ 371 009
Fighting Kelts - $ 336 665

Players 6 through 10:
New York Jests - $ 126 881
Fighting Kelts - $ 85 650
Finger Rolls - $ 83 510
Rocket Science - $ 66 101

And this is basically all going to be moot in a week or two as they spend their promotion bonus and do some roster shuffling. All this does though, is seem like an indictment of II.2 and how stingy those teams are.

you know, we really needed some competition on this side!

At least if you put it in the perspective from previous seasons, you guys sort of get a break. Normally you have 7 NBBA quality teams to start the season, with 1 promotee. Now you've got 6 and 2. So it's a little nicer than before...maybe?

I don't know that it's stingy, more of trying to be competitive and show a profit. I was banking around 50k a week in profit with a payroll at 430k, so I'm assuming that my fellow promotees where either barely breaking even or loosing money every week. It would appear that I'm in for a really long season up here.
