Hey Ghana I am running for manager. As you can see, I am a foreign coach who plies his trade in Canada and I bring a tremendous amount of experience with me from working with the Canadian National Team. My goal here is to set an offsite here(I am part of one) which is the English Communities United which already consists of countries like Canada, Nigeria, England and New Zealand. I think it will help because other coaches that are even more experienced than I am can supply their input and help this team positively. I will also assemble a group of scouts to fetch the best U-21 talent both at home(Ghana) and abroad. Thanks for taking the time to read this and feel free to ask me any questions on the Debate Thread.

That is the link for the ECU community which we will be joining if I am elected. Once again, thank you.

Hi everybody,
I'm kevincecarter from France. In the past, i have been France U21 NT Coach during four seasons. With France U21, we won the World Championship and played the European Championship.
Actually, I play in Pro A (1st division) since 12 seasons. This season, I'll play BBB's for the third time and it would be an honnor to be Ghana's U21 NT coach.
If you have some questions, i am here for you.

Hello mates!

I'm GorillaZ from Bulgaria, like your NT trainer - LA-Singh that is doing great with the team. He is a friend of mine. That will help the communication between the U21 and NT coach and the preparation of young player for the NT.

I play this game since season 3. I have been a NT coach 2 times (4 seasons). Now I'm motivated to be U21 beacause it's a litte bit different. I may say it's easier beacause players change every season or two. But it also needs big experience that I think I have.

For any questions ask me in U21 debate thread ;)

Hi Ghana!!
I'm Beppe, the last Ghana U21 coach, and I'm here to run again for your U21 team! In the last 2 seasons we concentrated our effort to grow your players.
Here you can see the result of our work:
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...

With so few active users create a good team is very hard, but i think this generation has good chance to win.

The first 2 seasons were for the players, the next 2 for the wins :)

Obviously we'll not forget to save the draftees and to help managers to train them in the right way.

For any questions, I'm here for you.

Cheers,
B31

Ghana I am here to throw my name into the running for U21 National Team manager. I have been a BBer for 7 seasons and have won two championships in the USA. I am a basketball coach in real life and live for the game of basketball.

I would like to help this team become the best team in Africa and move Ghana up the rankings if elected. I cannot promise World Championships but I can promise the attention this team deserves and needs. While I think the last manager has done a solid job the record speaks for itself. More can be had from this program and I would like to be the manager that gets it done. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to lead this team in seasons 22 and 23.

With such a small pool for talent it is of the utmost importance that we continually train the best young talent whether locally in Ghana or elsewhere across the globe. Training and communication with these managers will bring this team up in the ranking and in position to win the African title.

If anybody has questions I am here for you.

It´s time to get a solid scouting and NT supporter staff going from INSIDE Ghana, so my main focus will and shall be to encourage english managers to team up in a U21 / NT support team focused on the glory of the National Teams. In the early stages of those developments, personal interest and envy can easily be in the way of that development, so a "neutral" foreigner might be able to unite the different inner-english approaches and prepare them to take over themselves.

No private interest, no use of the u21 for egoistic aims. Find the talent, follow a plan, establish training and scouting and convert the power of participation into success on the floor.

Let´s try to find a way to get things going altogether, and let´s build up what is needed for a long term successful foundation of the national teams.

I will not deliver a title or propose a highly successful 2-year campaign, but I´d like to pave the way for future generations of inner-English U21 and NT coaches to build their regime on a foundation of community wide support.
