Hows it going guys? I hope you guys have a good season. Although i will be promoting this season i hope I can be a part in this forum which i pray is more active than last season.

Find an 18 year old trainee that you want to train with at least all star potential. Your team is old and needs some good youth that you can train up and form your team around.

you sound very confident in that you will be promoting....

-My advice would be get at least 2 or 3 trainees, decide whether you want permiter trainees or frontcourt. One position train them until they cap or you achieved what you want from them

I would suggest you to use the help forum, there is a lot of experience and succesful coaches that can provide you with advice there. Also see if you can get a mentor from a higher division.

Hey my "playground" was enough to give me 60k per week in one of the hardest D.III leagues last season so I'm perfect happy with it I appreciate your concern though. I think you should be more worried about how many people attend your playground after losing to my team by 20+ points
