Well, my key positions are PG and PF.

I simply -love- PG with high Inside Shot, for the very same reason you just gave. Also, I think passing is crucial to making up for other offensive lapses and is the best answer to OD-overload on the opponents.

While they are the hardest to train, they are also the most valuable. A SF isn't a one trick pony, if a defense has a hole he will exploit it and destroy them. Just look IRL Lebron James won 4 awards last year. When was the last time that happened. Kevin Durant is the youngest scoring champion and has won it 3 times. I'm pretty sure no one else has been able to achieve those feats.

The problem about BB Small Forwards is, that you can be easily outmatched unless you have THE ONE.

A great SF will give you plenty wins over the course of a season, but in the decisive game, a true SF might be crucially mismatched if an opponent runs and outside offense with a guard, or if the opponent goes for the inside kill with a big bulk PF.

Building around a SF might end up in a big messy series any day.

Which makes them the most valuable and hardest to train
