Hi everyone.
I can see many posts talking about how a skill of a certain players is close to pop up (or down) as is close in decimals to the next level. I was wondering how you guys could understand this.
I just believe it might be really important in deciding how to train certain players.
I hope it is not a dumb question, I am just kinda new to this.

You can't tell the decimals of players that are not on your team
but..when you train the player then you know how close they are to the pop
so if you are training an 18 yr old in passing you'll know after a week that he is plus another .5 to .8
or something like that
thus you know he will definitely pop the next time you train passing
